We have been saving to get our beautiful Victorian but very run-down terraced home refurbished and were inexperienced clients having always just ‘made-do’. Never again! Steve is patient and flexible (we can be indecisive) and finds a solution to any problem quickly. His building team found an ingenious solution for turning the kids bedrooms into two gorgeous, evenly sized rooms, from a huge double and tiny box room; the kitchen is transformed into a modern, very cool space and the hallway, stairs and landing are just stunning. Gone is the horrible chipwood wallpaper and airtex ceilings, replaced with smooth, beautifully plastered and painted walls and ceilings. At every stage of the process to refurbish the heart of our home, Steve offered sound advice and was always available, transparent and responsive to our needs and affordability.
