Our latest project from Lexden Builders before and after pictures location Straight road Colchester a new rear extension and renovation, the entire rear ground floor elevation was removed and internal walls , steels installed, garage converted as part of the extension to flow as one.Our mission once prepped create an open planned living space which gave us a total of 70m2 in space to work with , snug room , office , herringbone tiling, bi-folding doors with integral blinds, Karndean flooring by Lee Whybrow, utility boot room, fitted kitchen with a large socialising island, wine cooler, quartz worktops, butler sink , range master cooker, aluminium sky lanterns , warm deck roof with a parapet wall ,coping stones and water hoppers, outside landscaping with led feature strip lighting and a love seat .
